Refund & Return Policy
At ASHAS.AE FASHION, all sales are final.
We do not accept refunds or returns unless the item has a clear manufacturing defect or confirmed damage caused by us.
To qualify for a return due to damage:
• The damage must be clearly visible and verifiable.
• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The item must be in original condition with original packaging.
• The customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Clear photo or video evidence of the damage must be provided.
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Returns will only be approved if the damage is confirmed to be from our side. The following are not considered defects:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
• Normal wear and tear
If a return is approved, instructions will be provided. Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after inspection and confirmation.
